Registers
Patient data and client data from social welfare is collected into registers that are administered by Wellbeing services county of Central Ostrobothnia Soite.
There are descriptions of files regarding the registers containing client and patient data from social welfare and health care services. The descriptions contain information about the controller as well as the person responsible for registers and/or a representative for the controller.
The registers on social welfare and health care services in Central Ostrobothnia also contain the client and patient data from procured services.
