The Help Button
The Help button is a low-threshold digital contact channel for Service coordination for families with children. You can contact the Service coordination for families with children for example when you have concerns about something related to your family but do not know who to contact, or you would like support regarding upbringing or a relationship, if you are concerned about the behavior or mood of a minor, or if you are concerned about how you will manage as a parent.
The Service coordination for families with children will contact you by phone within 1-3 weekdays. If you wish, you can fill in only your name and phone number for contact. The service is intended for all families with children in the Soite area that have at least one minor.
In urgent crisis and emergency situations, you must contact either the general emergency number 112 or the emergency social services. Child welfare notifications or contacts in accordance with the Social Welfare Act are made through the emergency social services or digitally via the Report your worry function.

The Help Button
The information you provide in the form will be processed by employees of Soite’s Service coordination for families with children. The information you have saved will be removed from the form when you are contacted. Necessary information related to a clientship in social welfare or healthcare is recorded in the social welfare or healthcare client register. The data protection descriptions for the client registers can be found on the Registers page (in Finnish and Swedish).
