The digital service points are available to residents free of charge and without an appointment. At a digital service point, the residents have access to the necessary terminals and telecommunication connections, as well as support material for how to use online services.

The establishment of digital service points is part of the sub-project “Asukkaiden digituki ja ennaltaehkäisy” (Digital support and preventive measures for residents) within the Central Ostrobothnia project Kestävä kasvu (Sustainable growth). The goal of the sub-project is to build up and implement the operating model Tartu digiin! The business model includes offering the residents of the area digital support at digital service points that are suitable for this.
