Digital service point
The citizens in the area can use digital services at a digital service point. The points also offer personal digital support about once a week. Personal digital support is also available by phone or via a chat.
The content on this page
The digital service points are available to residents free of charge and without an appointment. At a digital service point, the residents have access to the necessary terminals and telecommunication connections, as well as support material for how to use online services.

Suomi.fi e-authorization from a digital service point
The digital service points can also be used to give a Suomi.fi e-authorization. You can come to a digital service point without an appointment to give an e-authorization on the days when a person who gives personal digital support is present at the service point. You can check these days in the table “Personal digital support at the service point”.
The person who gives the e-authorization must be present when the authorization is given and they must have with them an ID card with a photo.

The establishment of digital service points is part of the sub-project “Asukkaiden digituki ja ennaltaehkäisy” (Digital support and preventive measures for residents) within the Central Ostrobothnia project Kestävä kasvu (Sustainable growth). The goal of the sub-project is to build up and implement the operating model Tartu digiin! The business model includes offering the residents of the area digital support at digital service points that are suitable for this.
